The General Legal Council delivered its first decision in 2021 though it was first constituted in 2013. The proceedings of the Council are confidential which means that the hearings of the Council are not open to the members of the public or to any individual who is not part of the matter being heard.
Mdm. Justice Rosalyn E. Wilkinson (Retired)
Justice Rosalyn E. Wilkinson LL.B (Hons.), LEC, LL.M (Dist.) (Ret’d) was called to the Grenada Bar in 1993. She worked in private practice from 1993 until 2009, when she was appointed as a high court judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court. She served at Saint Lucia and Antigua and Barbuda. She retired from the Bench in 2020. She is a former Scotiabanker with service at Grenada and Toronto, Canada.
Justice Wilkinson is a member of the Board of Governors of Right Law. She is a former director and chairman of the National Insurance Scheme and former chairman of
Grenada Save the Children Development Agency (GRENSAVE).
She is also a former Honorary Consul to The Kingdom of Sweden at Grenada and for which service she received the Royal Order of the Polar Star.

Christopher Nelson is the Director of Public Prosecutions of Grenada and has been a career prosecutor.
Mr. Nelson was called to the Bar in October, 1990 and thereupon commenced his prosecuting career as a Crown Counsel in the Office of Director of Public Prosecutions, Grenada. In January, 1994 he was promoted to Senior Crown Counsel and appointed to the position of DPP on January 1st, 2001. He has held that position since then, making him one of the longest serving DPPs in the region.
In July 2015 Mr. Nelson was admitted to the Inner Bar.

Ms. Leslie-Ann Seon is a practising Attorney-at-Law since 1993. Ms. Seon is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws, both with Honours from the University of the West Indies, and the Legal Education Certificate from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School.
She is the Principal of the law firm Seon & Associates and was admitted to practice at the Bars of Grenada, Barbados, and the British Virgin Islands.
She served as President of the Senate, was twice appointed a member of the General Legal Council, and is currently the Chairman of the Grenada Investment Development Corporation

Ms. Skeeta Chitan is a practising Attorney-at-Law and Notary Public in the state of Grenada,
Carriacou and Petite Martinique for nine years. She is a member of the Grenada Bar Association
and has served on its Executive Council for at least half of her career. Ms. Chitan supports several charitable establishments by providing pro bono legal services to them on an ad-hoc basis and has served as Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of a local organisation up until 2021. She is currently in private practice where she focuses on civil litigation, family law, intellectual property law and the law of succession. Ms. Chitan received her statutory instrument of appointment to the General Legal Council in 2019.

Mr. Daniel A. Roberts after completing sixth form studies at the Presentation Brothers College in Grenada, pursued a career in banking in Grenada, working with international, local, and regional commercial banks. His career spanned 35 years, the last eight years prior to his retirement as Managing Director of a regional bank.

Mr. Michael M.B. Archibald OBE -MBA (fs), FCIB, AICB is a retired banker who has spent over 40 years in the financial services industry in local, regional and international banks in all the usual positions from
teller to Managing Director. Along the way he has worked in Grenada, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Guyana and Canada with short stints in many other Caribbean islands, the USA and England. He earned his MBA (fs) from Dalhousie University in Canada, Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers
with the Institute of Canadian Banks and attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking then at Rutgers University in the USA. He is now the principal of MBA Consultancy Inc.

Mrs. Xiomara Cherebin- Forsyth is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School and a former recipient of the University of the West Indies Open Campus Scholarship. Mrs. Cherebin- Forsyth is an Attorney-at-Law called to the Bar in Grenada since 2008 and began her law career with the firm of Henry Hudson-Phillips and Associates and later serving as In House Counsel to the National Water and Sewerage Authority. Serving as the Registrar (Ag.) of the Supreme Court Registry (Grenada) since May, 2019, Mrs. Cherebin-Forsyth sits as the Secretary of the General Legal Council.
